- Your vehicle must be currently insured.
- Your lapse in automobile liability coverage was for 90 days or less.
- You cannot use this transaction if the lapse was for 91 days or more.
- You can only use this transaction to pay an insurance lapse civil penalty.
- You cannot use this transaction to pay any other fines, surcharges, penalties, or fees.
