1. Thruway to Exit 24 (Montreal).
2. After paying toll, bear right to I-87 North ramp (Montreal / Albany Airport).
3. Route I-87 (Northway) North to Exit 2W (Schenectady / Route 5 West).
4. Follow directions as listed "From the North" numbers 2-4, above.

1. Route 5 East, immediately after McDonalds, make right onto Karner Road.
2. Follow Karner Road ½ of a mile. New York DMV Auto Theft Unit will be on your left just before Post Road.
3. Enter building from doorway located to the right of garage bay doors.

1. I-87 to Exit 37 (Plattsburgh).
2. Turn left from exit, onto NYS Route 3 (west).
3. Drive west on NYS Route 3 for approximately 0.2 miles, and turn left onto Hammond Lane.
4. Follow Hammond Lane to Rugar Street.  Turn left onto Rugar Street.
5. Drive on Rugar Street for approximately 0.7 miles, and turn right on Flanagan Drive.
6. The site is Varin's Ambulance Service, located at the end of Flanagan Drive, on the left.

1. Route I-90 to Exit 53 (Niagara Falls/Buffalo)
2. After Exit 53 bear right and take the South Ogden/Dingens Street exit (Exit 1) to the traffic light.
3. Turn left at the traffic light onto Dingens Street. Go 1/10th mile to the Examination Facility on the right side of the street.

1. Route I-190 past downtown Buffalo to Exit 1 (Ogden Street Exit).
2. At Exit bear right onto So. Ogden Street and go over Thruway bridge to the traffic light.
3. Turn left at the traffic light on to Dingens Street. Go 1/10th mile to the Examination Facility on the right side of the street.

1. Take I-287 (Cross Westchester Expressway) Westbound to Exit #2 (Elmsford).
2. At the Exit traffic light turn right turn onto Saw Mill River Road.
3. Then take the first left on to Havens St.
4. At the end of Havens St. turn left onto River St. The Examination Facility is about 200 feet on the left side.

1. Take the Sprainbrook Pkwy. North to I-287 (Cross Westchester Expressway) Westbound (Tappan Zee Bridge).
2. Take Exit #2 (Elmsford) off I-287 and follow directions in "A" above.

1. Take the Tappan Zee Bridge and stay on I87/NYS Thruway to exit 8A (toward Saw Mill Parkway North/Rt.119/Elmsford).
2. Take Rt.119 exit toward Elmsford.
3. Turn LEFT onto W Main St/NY-119/Tarrytown-White Plains Rd.
4. Turn Left on Saw Mill River Rd. and continue to Havens St. (This will be your first turn after you pass under the Expressway. Also, please note the BP gas station on your left).
5. Turn left on Havens Street.
6. Continue to the end of Havens St. and turn left onto River St. The Examination Facility is 200 feet on the left side.

1. Take Exit 27 South (Clearview Expressway - 295).
2. Continue on Clearview Expressway to Hillside Avenue.
3. Turn Right on Hillside Avenue.
4. Turn Left on Francis Lewis Boulevard.
5. Turn Left on Jamaica Avenue.
6. Turn Right onto 212th Street.
7. Make 1st Left onto 99th Avenue.

1. Take Exit 26 Hempstead Avenue - West.
2. Turn Left onto 217th Street.
3. Make 1st Right onto 99th Avenue.

1. New York State Thruway (I-87) to Exit 18 (Poughkeepsie/New Paltz).
2. After the toll booth, turn right onto Route 299 East, toward Poughkeepsie.
3. Travel approximately 6 miles on NY Route 299 East to US Route 9W South.
4. Turn right onto US Route 9W South, and travel approximately two-tenths of a mile to North Road.
5. Turn right onto North Road.  The Examination Facility is a large red brick building on the right side of North Road, just to the left of the US Post Office.

1. Take the Mid-Hudson Bridge (US Route 44/NY Route 55) to US Route 9W North.
2. Merge right onto US Route 9W North.
3. Travel approximately 2.5 miles on US Route 9W North.  Proceed past the intersection for NY Route 299 West to the turn around for US Route 9W South.
4. Enter the turnaround for US Route 9W South and merge onto US Route 9W South
5. Travel approximately three-tenths of a mile on US Route 9W South to North Road.
6. Turn right onto North Road.  The Examination Facility is a large red brick building on the right side of North Road, just to the left of the US Post Office.

1. I-490 East to Winton Rd. Exit. 20.
2. After Exit turn right onto Winton Rd.
3. Continue on Winton Rd about a half mile (2 traffic lights past the underpass) to Blossom Rd.
4. Turn right onto Blossom Rd. The Examination Facility is on the right corner.

1. I-490 East to Winton Rd. Exit.
2. After Exit turn left onto Winton Rd., then follow directions "From the East" 3-4.

1. I-590 South to Exit 6 (Blossom Rd. Exit.)
2. Turn right onto Blossom Rd.
3. Continue on Blossom Rd. about a half mile. Examination Facility is on the left side.

1. Via I-86/Route 17 to Exit 52 (North) to Route 14.
2. Route 14 (north) to Village of Horseheads.
3. In the Village of Horseheads turn right at West Broad Street.
4. Continue three blocks to West Broad Street to Thorne Street.
5. Turn right onto Thorne Street and continue about 1/10th mile to the Village Garage at 504 Thorne Street. The examination will take place at this facility.

1. I-81 to Exit 28 (East Taft Road).
2. After exiting go East on Taft Road to Taft Road Plaza (Follow signs to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Taft Road Plaza will be at the first traffic light after the I-81 exit).
3. Enter the Plaza. The Examination Facility is on the right side of the building complex. Follow signs.

1. I-81 to Exit 1 to Route 11 (Kirkwood).
2. At exit go north 1/10th mile on Route 11 to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. The examination will take place at this facility.
3. Follow the signs to the examination building.

1. I-90 to Exit 31 (Utica) to Genesee Street (south).
2. Continue on Genesee Street to South Street (by Firestone Dealer on left side of street)
3. Turn left onto South Street and go 4/10ths mile to the Examination Facility (on the left side of the street).

1. Route 11 into the Village of Canton.
2. At Park Ave., in the Village of Canton, turn south/east (towards St. Lawrence University).
3. Continue on Park Avenue about 3/10ths mile to St. Lawrence Highway Garage. The examination will take place at this facility.

1. Route 12 into the Village of Oxford.
2. Continue North on Route 12 and the NYS DOT Highway Garage is on the right. The examination will take place at this facility.

1. Southern State Parkway to Exit 36 North (Straight Path) to the second traffic light (Edison Ave.)
2. Turn left onto Edison Ave. and continue 4 blocks to Mahan Street.
3. Turn right onto Mahan Street. The Examination Facility is the first building on the left side.

1. Long Island Expressway Eastbound to Exit 49 (Route 110)
2. Continue on the South Service Road (passing Route 110) to Pinelawn Road.
3. Turn right onto Pinelawn Road and continue south.( Note: At Colonial Springs Road, Pinelawn Road changes into Weliwood Ave.)
4. Continue south on Weliwood Ave. approximately 3 miles (passing cemeteries) to Edison Ave.
5. Turn left onto Edison Ave. and travel 13 blocks to Mahan Street.
6. Turn left onto Mahan Street. The Examination Facility is the first building on the left side.

1. Sunrise Highway to Exit 38 North (Little East Neck Road), to Straight Path.
2. Turn left onto Straight Path, then take the first right turn onto Edison Ave.
3. Continue 4 blocks on Edison Ave to Mahan Street.
4. Turn right onto Mahan Street. The Examination Facility is the first building on the left side.
